今日は早目に起きてガッツリトレーニング!赤ちゃんの出産や、病院の行き来でこの2日間はジムに行けませんでしたが、暇な時間に部屋で腕立てや腹筋。今日は久しぶりにジムでしっかりトレーニングができてスッキリです。しかも、レースに備えて体調もばっちりで、体重もしっかりベストな状態!!
Got up in the morning and went straight to the gym for hard work out. With going to the hospital last two days, I was only able to do some sit ups and push ups in the room... I finally had time to get back in to the gym and it felt really good!! My condition is very good and I think I am just about ready for the race!!
午後は赤ちゃんの物で必要な物をゲットしに行ったり、デイトナに行ってる時に妻が買い物にいかなくてもすむように、お水や食料品のストックアップ。そして、赤ちゃんのベッドに猫が飛び乗れないように、色々と工夫したり・・・、などなどドタバタしていたらあっと言う間に一日が経ってしまいました。色んな疲れを取る為に久しぶりにお風呂を溜めて入浴剤を入れてリラックス。さてさて、これからもっと忙しくなるからさらに気合いをいれないと!!
In the PM, I had to get extra things for the baby and also needed to stock up with food and drinks for my wife and baby while I am in Daytona. Since our cat "Marimon" could jump on the baby crib... I had to do some arrangement so he will not be jumping on my baby. The day went by pretty quickly and was somewhat tired so I decided to fill the bath tub with hot water and take a lengthy bath for relaxation. It's going to get much busier for next couple weeks so I better be ready!!
