零戦

今日は雑誌の企画で、子供の頃に住んでいたLAから１時間くらいした所のChinoHillsにある、Planes Of Fameと言う戦闘機がたくさん置いてあるミュージアムに行ってきました。今日の一番の目的は零戦を撮影する事。ここに置いてある零戦は未だエアーショー等では使われてるみたいで、実際に映画Pearl Harbourでは使われたみたいです。零戦の他にも桜花などもおいてあり、ん〜格好いいですね！！でも、歴史を感じますね！！でも、当時の戦闘機の乗るにはかなり根性が必要だなと改めて思いました・・・。

Went to the Planes of Fame in Chino Hills today to see the Zero Fighterjet. It definately is the coolest fighterjet during the WW2 and I think it it one of the only one that still is in good condition and been used for airshows. The plane we saw today was actually used in the movie Pearl Harbour!! Although it probably was the most high tech plane at that time...looking at it now, it must take a lot of balls to fly those plane!!
