グルメブログ？！？

今日は早目に起きて、まずはピットの散歩。なんだか気候は完全に秋って感じで清々しい朝でした。時差ボケもようやく治り、体調もバッチリです。

Woke up early today and went to walk Pit. The weather is much cooler in LA today and feels like autumn is here. I am fully recovered from the jet-lag now.

午前中にジムに行って、久しぶりにガッツリトレーニング。時差ボケが治ったからトレーニングにも気合いが入ります。

Went to the gym after having a quick breakfast. Trained really hard today. Good to be back on the right time zone since it was so hard to focus when your brain was not functioning right.

お昼はスーパーのフードコートにある山頭火でラーメンを食べて、夕飯の買い出し。ランチを食べながら、夕飯の献立を考えて、悩んだ結果ディナーはハンバーグにする事にしました。

Had lunch at Santouka Ramen place at the Japanese market and bought some grocery for dinner. I was thinking about dinner, while I had lunch, and my conclusion for dinner was to make hamburger steak.

午後は家で色々と作業をして、夕方から夕飯の仕込みを開始。和食は仕込みの時間がかかるから大変ですよね〜。いつも妻が作ってくれるからあまり考えてなかったけど、改めて一日３食を作る大変さを実感してます。

Got some work done in the afternoon and started to prep dinner just past 5. Japanese food in general takes so much time for preparation...that all the wife and mom should be awarded just to be cooking 3 times a day. It definitely is a full time job!!

で、今夜のメニューは
１）ルッコラ、セロリ、＆ラディッシュの山盛りサラダ（ドレッシングはオリーブオイル、レモン＆塩こしょう）
２）シャキシャキいんげんのお浸し
３）ストロガノフ風ハンバーグ
４）白米＆豆腐と油揚げの味噌汁
５）最近ハマっているスペイン産赤ワイン
でした。美味かった〜！これまた数分で食べ尽くしました。（笑）超贅沢だけど、ハンバーグに松茸をいれたら、よりベターだったかも・・・！？！

Well, here's my menu for the day
1)Arugola,Celery, and Radish Salad with Olive Oil+Lemon Dressing
2)Boiled Green Beans with Bonito Flakes
3)Hamburger Steak Stroganoff Style
4)Rice and Miso Soup with Tofu
5)Spanish Red Wine
I must say that the meal was really good!

しかし、最近はめっきりグルメブログになっちゃっててすいません。そうそう、さっき急にデンワがあって、来年のデイトナ２４時間の話に興味がある？？なんて話がでてきました。０７年に一度出たけど、あの時は納得のいく走りができなかったから、また来年にリベンジするかな？！？

I just realized that my blog is turning in to a gourmet blog...instead of racing. Speaking of racing, I got a call today about a possible interest at the Daytona 24hr next year. I raced the 24hr in 07, which I was really not satisfied with my drive and may worth another shot at it!! You never know what can happen but I am looking forward to being back in the car again real soon!!
