リベンジ of 豆板醤

昨日の激辛麻婆豆腐にやられて、朝起きたら胃がもんもんとしてました・・・。が、起きて早速コーヒーを入れて、フルーツを切って朝ご飯。ピットの散歩に行ってからメールチェックをして、ジムに行きました。これが基本的に日課です。

My stomach was not feeling all that great this morning from the super hot and spicy Mapo-Tofu that I made last night. Nevertheless, I needed to get my day started to cut some fruit and had a cup of coffee. Than checked some e-mails and off to the gym which is my routine for the AM.

お昼は、白米と納豆＆明太子と味噌汁。これだけでご飯が２杯いけちゃうから、我が輩はジャパニーズだと改めて実感。

Had lunch at home. Some Spicy Cod Roe, Natto, Rice and Miso Soup. Being able to eat 2 bowls of rice just with Natto and Spicy Cod Roe definitely shows that I have Japanese heritage in me.

午後は家で、０８年度のレシートの整理。来週中まで申告を済ませないといけないので、今週は大忙しです。ん〜・・・、何だか使ったお金の処理をするのは、寂しいもんですね〜。（泣）

In the PM, I needed to get all the receipts sorted for 08 TAX year. I am usually busy during April so ends up filing an extension every year...which is due in two weeks. It's always depressing to go through the money you've already spent...I guess I am not so good at looking behind but rather focus on what's in the future!?!

んで、夕飯は胃に易しいものと思い、先日テレビの料理番組で見た、トマきゅう卵に挑戦。が、レシピを確認したら、な〜んと昨日イタイ目にあった豆板醤が入っているじゃないですか・・・。でも、頭の中はトマきゅう卵になっていたので、今夜は豆板醤にリベンジ！？！

As for dinner...I wanted to make something veggie and light. Saw a recipe on TV with Tomato Cucumber and Eggs...which sounded good so decided to give that a try. However, while I was checking out the recipe, I learnt that I needed to put the same spicy sauce that I used last night...I guess I will be easy with that sauce tonight.

今夜の夕食は
１）めげずにセロリとトマトのサラダ（和風ドレッシング）
２）とろとろトマきゅう卵
３）白米＆茄子の味噌汁
あれっ、気がついたらサラダとメインディッシュが同じ色してるな・・・。まっ、いいか。いっただきま〜す。

1)Yet again...Celery and Tomato Salad with Soy Dressing
2)Pan-Fried Tomato,Cucumber and Eggs
3)White Rice, Miso Soup with Eggplant

さて、今日アップするモテギの写真は、ダルマちゃんです！毎年ご家族で応援に来てくれているファンから頂きました！本当に有り難うございます！！チームメートのシェクターやコンウェイが羨ましがっていました。
