ステーキ丼ディナー

今週末は鈴鹿でF1ですね。IndyJapanが終わってからすぐに、F1って感じで、何だか日本のモータースポーツファンも大忙しですね。今日は天気も良さそうなので、これから予選をテレビで見るのが楽しみ！ちなみに、一人でロンリー観戦です・・・。（泣）

The Suzuka F1 GP is this week end and I am just about ready to watch the qualifying. The racing fans in Japan must be busy getting to the track because the Indy race was only about two weeks ago... Well, I'll be watching the race alone at home this week end.

さて、今日は夕飯にステーキ丼を作ってみました。昨日のステーキが半分残っていたので、和風にアレンジ。ステーキを焼くのには、ひっくり返すタイミングが重要ですよね！じっくり集中して、タイミングを見計らって、よっこらしょ〜！ナイスな感じです！！

In order to watch the qualifying, I needed to get done with dinner quickly. I had the other half of the steak from last night, so I decided to make a Japanese Style Steak Bowl. The hardest thing about cooking a steak is when to turn the meat around.I put all my focus on it...and it was perfectly done!!

んで、出来上がった今日のディナーは、
１）叩きキュウリwith鮪の削り節
２）ステーキ丼（海苔と韓国風ネギサラダ添え）
３）ふんわり卵スープwithコーン
でした。ついでに、今夜は昨日あけた白ワイン。親父に勧められてハマっている、スペイン産のAlbarino。コストパフォーマンス◎です！！

Here's my dinner for tonight.
1)Cucumber with Dried Tuna Flakes
2)Steak Bowl with Korean Style Green Onion and Rice bedded with Sea Weed
3)Egg Soup with Corn.
Dinner was fantastic! I also had a Spanish white wine that was recommended by my father. The Albarino is sooooOO cheap but good!! I think it beat's the CA Chardonnay!!
