今日は日曜なので、基本的には朝はユックリ。お昼前にちょこっと仕事をして、ランチを食べる前にジムに行ってランニング。お昼は昨晩の残りのスープを食べて、午後はNASCARのレースをテレビで観戦。ファン・パブロがオーバルレースでも活躍してて、今年はチャンピオン争いに食い込んでます。やっぱ凄いな〜。
Since it was Sunday...my day started a bit slow this morning.Went to my desk and got some work done and was off the the gym before lunch for some running. For lunch, I finished the Minestrone I made last night and was just about ready to become a couch potato and watch the NASCAR race. Juan Pablo is doing a such a great job in the chase that I certainly admire his talent!!
夜は、なんだかレイジーで何を作ろうか考えた結果、このあいだ作って冷凍をしといたハンバーグがあったので、ハンバーグデミグラスソースにしました。
Since I was so lazy today...I decided to make a quick fix for my dinner. I had some burgers that I put in the freezer couple a week a go, so I got the bun defrosted and made some mushroom demi-glaces sauce for it.
今夜は、
1)キュウリと大根のサラダ
2)ハンバーグ・デミグラスソース withマッシュルーム
3)白米と大根の味噌汁
でした。
The menu for the day was
1)Cucumber and Daikon Salad
2)Hamburger Steak with mushroom in Demi-Glaces Sauce
3)Rice and Miso Soup with Daikon.
そろそろ魚が食べたい気分・・・。実はうちにあった魚焼きグリル・・・収納場所がなくて、オーブンの中に収納していたら,間違えてオーブンを暖めている時に、魚屋機グリルを、グリルしちゃったんです・・・。そんな感じで、今は魚屋機グリルが無いから魚が焼けないのです。(泣)体がDHA欲しがってます・・・。
I think I had enough beef last couple of days...and craving for some fish now. Unfortunately, I broke my fish grill...well, to be exact, I ended up grilling the fish grill. We didn't have any storage space for the fish grill so we always stored the grill in the oven. One day when I was warming up the oven, I totally forgot about the fish grill and that was the end of the story for my fish life until I get a replacement... May be I'll go out for sushi. My body is in need for some DHA!!
