ビーフカレー

今日は午前中にクルマのメンテナンスをだしに、ディーラーに持っていき、その間に色々と仕事をすませてお昼前に戻ってきました。ランチは近所にある、最近できたちょっとこ洒落たメキシカン料理屋さんでブリトーを買って、広場で食べちゃいました。

Took my car to the dealer to get it serviced. While I waited their, got some work done and came home just in time for lunch. I went to this new modern Mexican restaurant that opened couple of months ago. I ended up getting an Al Pastor Burrito and it was pretty good!

家に戻って色々と作業をして、夕方から夕飯の準備。今日はやたらカレーが食べて買ったので、カルビを使ったカレー。サウンドは微妙かもしれませんが、これなかなか美味いんですよね〜。今夜も一人で寂しくがっつきました。（笑）

Than came home and got more work done. The day went by so quick and it was time to be back in kitchen to make tonight's dinner. I was craving for Beef Curry tonight so ended up making a short rib Beef Curry. It was actually really good and I think I am going to finish off the bowl of curry tomorrow at lunch! I had enough of eating lonely though...
